Boning knife... I've always bought 'standard' knives, as I'm not even an amateur chef never mind a professional. I think the most I've ever spent before this was maybe a tenner... I honestly did not think there could possibly be much difference between a supermarket bought knife and a more expensive one like this. I was very wrong. This was a panic buy as I had packed most of my stuff for moving, then realised I still had a load of chicken in the freezer. (I make jerky for my pets) This knife cut through both the frozen and the thawed stuff like cutting through soft butter. My arthritic hands were happy, and I managed to slice so thin I took nearly four hours off dehydrating time. I now plan to save up and treat myself one at a time. I might even get to enjoy cooking again. 10/10 would highly recommend.

As I have bought this as a Christmas present, I can only rate on appearance and not use. It arrived very quickly. The packaging was in good order and the knife looks to be of good quality.

Sharp and easy to use.
I used this product for deboning chicken legs. It was very sharp, easy to hold and use. I do not know the longevity of this item yet but I am really pleased with it so far.

A Stylist knife which makes filleting easy.
This filleting knife is very sharp and easy to use. Considering I have never filleted fish before I successfully filleted two sea bass without any problems.
