Just enough cushion for me (at 140lbs) to feel stability, considering that it is a memory foam.
I sit at a desk 8 hours a day. I’m 140 lbs. My hips hurt SO much, either from the chair’s cushion, or lack thereof. This cushion is my 3rd. And happens to be the only one that helped with my issue. Not one bit of hip pain. I’m very pleased.

Compact enough to take with you form office to a plane or home. Fits well on an office chair. I sit for extended hours at the office and this cushion really helped with back pain and generally reducing discomfort. Neat thing to have.
