She actually gave me the name of another brand but I didn't like the fact that I had to take more than one a day and they were quite expensive. I found these and showed them to my doctor who totally approved of them. She was impressed that I had found such a good substitute and for a great price as well. The biggest change I have noticed since taking these is that my leg cramps are gone! I was not expecting it to help that particular problem but it did and I'm thrilled. Other than that, I feel they are giving me the extra B vitamins I need to keep me energized throughout the day. I would highly recommend this product.

Smells very yeasty lol. But seems to be working! My nails are growing like crazy and feel more alert /alive in the morning lol. Loveeee that it doesn't have biotin! My body doesn't like biotin and it's so hard to find b vitamins without it.
