4 stars just because I don't yet know how it will work overtime. I began using it a little before recommended, 2 weeks after injury, while still scabbed over.

I believe it is working. It's hard to say how well because I do not have an untreated area, and I also treated the scars with laser treatments. Using as suggested 2x daily, and applied sparingly, the amount of product seems to be of exceptional value compared to its price.

Applied a small thin layer to incisions only once. Developed a rash in surrounding area and discontinued use. Dermatitis spread as days passed. Do not recommend. I never have issues with products. I do not have sensitive skin issues. Five weeks post op.
