I’ve been using this (still my first) clipper every week for 14 years now. It still works like new. I use it to shave my head and beard. No complaints.

We've used a number of clippers over the years. This Panasonic is the best yet. It has a feel of quality and is very smooth in operation. My original delivery did not include the US adaptor. After posting a negative review, the owner promptly reached out to me, apologized for his employees' error and immediately shipped the needed adaptor. Yes, it is a little more expensive than some, but so far it appears to be worth it.

For some reason, the 1512 isn't sold in the US, so you have to get it from overseas. Depending on where you get it from, it won't have a US compatible AC plug, although it's easy enough to get an adapter. Some vendors do include an adapter, but mine did not. I haven't used the 1511, and don't know if the 1512 is appreciably better, but the 1512 is a great clipper, just what I wanted. It's quiet, powerful, cuts like crazy, and the included combs cover my needs.

The 4th or 5th one of these I have owned (1st Panasonic however). This is easily the best. Sharp, quality feel. Really is the mutts nuts. I travel a lot and love to have this with me. The best.........so far........!

Not sure how I’ll use these clippers since the charger is a 110. I guess I need to rummage through my travel bags to see if I have an adaptor. Will update my review once they send me a US charger.
