Been buying these for a couple of years. Great and convenient source of protein and fiber. In the past, there was some bag leakage issues but now they individually wrap every package in plastic wrap to prevent the issue.

It's good to have on hand. A little goes a long way.

Bag came apart at the top seam and about 1/4 of the package was emptied in to the Amazon packaging. I was dis appointed in the packaging but just dumped what was in the Amazon packaging and used what was in the original packaging.

This stuff is so tasty and so easy to cook up. Great health benefits as well.

I am glad I found this product on Amazon.com. This is the only bulgur brand I ever use. I am from Turkey and I have used this brand all my life. In the US, I had to order it from an online Turkish grocery store which would charge $10 for shipping. Since I purchase many other things from Amazon, it was very convenient to add this to my purchase. And yes, this is a very fine bulgur. If you add water, it gets soft very fast, very easy. Add one cup of water to one cup of bulgur, leave it for an hour in room temperature, then add salt, black pepper, cumin, a tablespoon tomato paste, 2-3 cups of parsley and cucumber (or pickle), add lemon juice and olive oil and you get yourself a tabouli salad so easy to make, so delicious and healthy! Enjoy

When I placed the package on my counter, I realized there was bulgar wheat under the box. Upon opening the box, I noticed most of the product was on the bottom of the box and not in the bag. I tried to get a replacement, but it’s not allowable for this product. I’m very disappointed.
