First, I didnt realize this product was motion detection.....may account for the review. This is probably the third set of these lights I have purchased (i dont think the others were motion). However, I did a replacement in the exact location as before. Light does not illuminate nearly as long as previous ones. Bright when it first engages....but fades more quickly. Not a serious issue given it's purpose....just a note for my observation.

Easy to assemble and use. Holds a good charge for overnight use. Has been durable through several winters now. I did put a clear bead of caulk around the edges of the solar panel just because I didn't want the accumulation of snow or water to mess with it. Just a hint in case you use it in harsh environments both hot and cold. The motion sensor is very sensitive btw. But it does what you expect and has worked for our needs.

Negatives. It stays on on low all the time after dark then brightens when motion is detected. Result is battery is dead within a few hours after dark.What I wanted was something that came on only when motion was detected.Needs full sun. We don't get enough hours of daylight in the winter in Oregon to charge the battery enough.I will keep looking for something that only comes on when motion is detected

These solar lights, outdoor lights, were purchased for a new construction. The color is perfect for the color of the deck. They look wonderful the solar portion works well and they’re hidden underneath and yet provide light at night. Thank you so much for having for retail a product like this !

I have limited sunlight throughout the day so I'm very pleased with the results.

I don't usually complain about products but these were terrible. No directions on how to set them up and then they quit working after 1 week

Does not consistently work.
