does kitup palm syrup need to be refrigerated after opening?

I never did. Kept this palm syrup next to my other syrups in the cupboard cabinet. It's plastic bag is flexible and makes it easy to be sure to squeeze out most of the air before putting the cap on too. Hope this helps : )
