GildanYouth Heavy Cotton T-Shirt, Style G5000B, 2-Pack

I have a (almost) 7 year old 1st grader, slightly short, slightly chubby. Overall, pretty average sized boy. I ordered the Medium and washed in Hot water plus dried on high heat. If there was shrinkage, it wasn't apparent. My poor child was swimming in this shirt! I would definitely recommend the small for 1st/2nd graders of average build.The delivery time was faster than expected, which was a plus, and left me enough time to try to shrink it or exchange it if I needed to. The shirt is a great quality, and the material is soft. I would say medium weight material. Overall, I have to rate this 5 stars because the shirts are such good quality. There plenty of room for him to grow into it, though I would prefer a size chart on the product page in the future!

**** 8/2 Update: I suggest ordering one size down (not 2). Now that I've washed the shirts, they shrank a size and are now fitted on my girls. 😥7/31: I was surprised measured my daughters from one side of their chest to the other. I used it to choose their size and hoped for the best. Both of them are average height and weight. My older daughter typically wears a size large or 10/12. I ordered her a small and it fits perfect. My younger daughter typically wears a size medium or 7/8. I ordered her an extra small and it also fits perfect. I was very hesitant buying 2 sizes smaller but I'm glad I trusted the reviews on this one. Put older daughter's Size and weight here (Size small in this shirt).

Great for tie dye. Only problem is stitching on one of the shirts started to come undone.

I'm a small woman. 5'2", 108lbs. The youth size L fits me perfectly. The fabric is substantial, not too heavy or too thin and the colors are true. I think the best use for them for everyday casual or outdoor setting. They're basic, no frills. Works for me.

I couldn't find a bright orange shirt anywhere locally for my child's field day at school. These came as a 2-pack; was the exact color I needed and had an extra one for someone who couldn't find the right color themselves.

I ordered Size L. Two shirts. Size L is smaller than the usual L size I buy from other stores. And after first wash, it shrunk further. Pls See the second photo. I placed washed shirt on top of unused shirt and draw the line. Black dotted line shows after first wash how much it shrunk.. I don't recommend this tshirt.

Great plain shirts for crafting! We bought them to tie dye and they worked great for that! They would also be great for a decal/vinyl etc. My son is 9 and wears and 8-10 clothing and medium were a perfect fit

The media could not be loaded.  The item arrived timely as expected (only one day late). One of the shirts is discoloured. The package isn’t broken or shown any signs of wetness, therefore it looks to me the item was discoloured already before being packaged. I need this for an event in two days so can’t get a replacement in time so have to keep it as at least one of the two is workable.

I got these t-shirts to my school going kids for orange shirt day and they fit ok when they tried but they have not put them on actually yet. The quality looks so so . But I think these prices are a bit higher because other day, I found these same t-shirts in Dollar Tree store costing 1.25 each .

Bought size Medium. Too big for a big 6 year old. Quality is good. Happy with purchase. We used them for iron-on project.
