This Havenese Bible is a must have!! This book is very comprehensive and easy to follow. It is nice to get perspectives from various Havanese breeders as certain techniques work better for some. It spells out everything a new dog owner needs to know! The section on getting to know the history of this breed is helpful with raising your new puppy. This book is a great resource to have. I would recommend this handbook to all Havanese owners.

An overview. Needed more on personality mand training tips

I am glad I read this book because it made me realize that these beautiful dogs are not for everyone. They like to be a couch potato and enjoy the home life. So really someone that is retired or works from home is a better fit for these dogs. Lot's of care needed like frequent brushing and grooming. The book explains the average cost of good food for them and the care. Being able to afford a certain type of dog should be looked at before getting one and I am glad the writer reflected that information. Easy to understand book for adults and children.

I didn't know much about this breed. It's the first book I read about Havanese dogs and it seems thorough and can be read easily.

I loved this Havanese Bible so much that I haven't put it down since! Well-written, valuable, immediately usable information. I consider this book a must-read for any Goldendoodles owner , wanna-be or soon-to-be Goldendoodles owner. We have several books and this is the very best so far. Glad we have it.

Gave a lot of detailed information. Wish the author would have covered a more holistic approach to the health of Havanese, but it gave me a good understanding of the breed.
