Don’t twist too tight, ceramic mouthpiece will separate from insert (Ceramic is glued on top of steel twist-in insert). Happened to me 2/50. When mid level temperature settings the cotton bleeds a little burmt trail into your liquid from the holes at the bottom of the cartridge. Overall, it is a good product when used carefully and appropriately. Vape on low temps. I am using with a simi-thick concentrate.
