Le Cordon Bleu Chocolate Bible: 180 Recipes from the Famous French Culinary School Hardcover – October 25, 2019

The content of the book is very informative. What I don't like is, there's a name of a library where the book came from. It's look like I stolen somewhere.

Book overall is quite good. Has a lot of useful information. Unfortunately this book wasn't quality checked. I just noticed in the instructions for making a basic ganache, steps 2 and 3 are missing. The step numbers are there but the text is blank! Oh well, the return window has now closed but I am very disappointed. I'm not sure if there is anything else missing, will go through the whole book and check. Shouldn't have to do this though.

I bought for a friend and she has found good used of it and she now attends culinary school, for pastries.

I received the book this afternoon. It looks great! I have already started reading the book and immersing . It’s fabulous! I can’t wait to bake the recipes in the book.

So many wonderful recipes. Have already tried some. Great instructions. Great photos. For me, this one is a chocolate winner wonder!
