I love the bento style, perfect for keeping different foods separate. I bought this mainly for my son to use at preschool, where they serve lunch and he brings home leftovers (if any). I really needed a leakproof container as they mostly serve Chinese so there will be some oil and liquid, and I don't want it to get all in his backpack and on anything he may be bringing home. We had a couple other (plastic-type)boxes and they didn't last very long and super hard to clean. Took a long time searching and finally decided on this one.We've had this for about a week now and so far it's been great.- Leakproof! from compartment to compartment as well as the whole container- Love it comes with fork and spoon so I don't have to try to find and wrangle a separate set into the box- Easy to clean- Seems durable so far, it has already survived one drop (unlike a previous one we had which just broke/cracked)- Detachable lid so it doesn't take up so much space when the box is open- MicrowavableCons- It is a little bit heavy compared to a plastic box, but comparable to glass container. Might be heavy for kids if they are carrying it with a lunch.

I’ve been using this for barely a month and the clasp on the side has already broken off. I haven’t dropped it, smashed it, or used it in the dishwasher. Cheap garbage, don’t waste your money!

We bought this back in January of this year. I can no longer write a review on the version we purchased since it's no longer sold on Amazon even though it's the exact same one. The first thing that started to break was one of the clasps on the side that keeps falling off. It no longer stays attached and has to constantly be reattached. Next the inside lip started to chip away, not sure how this started but it has at least 1 chip. The final straw was a giant crack that developes in the bottom as seen in the picture. I made my childs lunch and pulled it out of the fridge to it leaking every where. We have no idea where the crack came from or how it developed as it wasn't dropped. We had a bento box before which lasted much longer then the less than 5 months this box held together. Look for alternatives as you won't make it a full year with this.

I bought this lunchbox for my mum as she has to finally get healthy lunch to her work. This lunch box is functional, great quality, well designed and does not leak! Mum doesn't have to take additional bag for her lunch box anymore 😊 and her bag is dry . You can separate food very easily and everything stays in right place. It is microwave save and it even has its own set of cutlery! Mum is very happy with my choice, now I will get a few more for my family!

This stunning lunch-box fits in perfectly with my healthy eating plan by avoiding eating out. I am happy to see how sturdy it is and oozes quality. This strong, yet light box has sealed lid, doubled with a food cover which is also sealed to keep food in its place and the air out. It has a little air-vent for microwave. For me the best part is the compartments to keep food items separate until ready to eat. This way I can have the salad sauce or chutneys in its pot. Love the way the cutlery is neatly tucked in. Easy to clean, light to carry and looks good.

The media could not be loaded.  So happy with this purchase. I initially ordered a different box for £4 less but ended up returning it straight away and getting this one instead. The difference is massive, especially considering they're both basically in the same price range. This box looks great and is super sturdy. Leakproof too, as you can see in the video. The cutlery is good quality, though a bit small. Everything fits in perfectly, and I LOVE the eco friendliness of both the concept and the material of this box.

When I first got it, it felt very sturdy but sadly I couldn't use it for what I wanted (my 10 yo daughters' school lunch) cause it was very heavy and bigger than I expected.So I figured to use it just for other activities when we have to go out, but the first time I tried to used it, I noticed that the side of the box had a huge leaking point.Afterwards I stored it and thought to use it for home purposes but then after 1 or 2 times the cover broke as well (this one was not important for the box to close though at least)So I will have to not recommend this due to that it might look sturdy at first but sadly breaking without even using it.And even if it was, the cost is too high for the value since as I said it's heavy(by it's own) and big for kid's lunch.The only good thing is the different compartments and the reason I bought it in the first place.

My 7 year old used to have a yumbox, which was good to begin with but a NIGHTMARE to clean, food would get stuck down little 'side' bits and after less than a year it looked scratched and battered, and mold started to grow.This one is for my 3 year old. It seems (so far) much better made and much easier to clean. It just "looks" hygenic. I love that it's microwavable so can be used at Nursery to heat up food in the winter. I love the pinky grainy colour - makes the food colours *pop*....I love that it comes with little cutlery (my 3 year old was thrilled with this) and most of all that you just peel/tip all the food into it and it keeps it separated, unsquashable.... much more appetising at dinner time! Much easier for my boy, much easier for the teachers who just have to open it and close it; rather than fiddling with packets, helping to peel his orange etc.
