This rack provides much needed towel or clothes hooks for our small bathroom. Fits nicely over the door and does not interfere with our ability to close the door. Seems sturdy enough for the job.

This product is fantastic. Nothing can manage my room better than these. Without these I would have my clothes lying around all over my room.It is sturdy. You can feel that. The nice thing about this product is the two hooks, one big and the smaller one below that. It allows me to hang a variety of my clothes on from jackets and coats on the bigger hook to lowers and shirts on the smaller one.It gets easily onto the door and my door has no issues closing after that which is a pretty good thing.With some Over-the-Door, it is a design issue where if you put in a lot of weight they tend to rise on the top which makes it difficult for the door to close but this is not the case with this one. The weight of this over door is well enough to balance that out.I am very happy with this product. Amazon, you are the Best!!

I bought these to use next to a behind-the-door storage holder since I still wanted a place to hang my robe and towel. These fit over the door without damaging any wood, don't slide around, and are sturdy. Exactly as pictured, I highly recommend these if you need only a few hanging hooks behind a door!

Possibly more like 3.5 stars; I may have gotten unlucky, so I rounded up.This rack seemed quite sturdy, especially considering the price. I liked its aesthetics (doesn't take up much visual space), its potential utility, and the curved ends of its hooks (won't leave indentations on fabrics). However, I ended up having to return both my original rack and its replacement.The first unit arrived with a ton of chips in the chrome finish that were noticeable even when viewing it from a distance. It had been shipped with another metal object and neither one was inside a plastic slip cover, so I suspected that was the problem and returned it to Amazon for a replacement.The replacement didn't have any chips in the finish, but most of the welding joints (where the hooks attach to the base) were sloppy and rough. I wanted to overlook that, but on a few of those joints the metal was so sharp that it was guaranteed to snag clothes and possibly hurt someone if their hand grazed it. The welding joints on the original unit weren't particularly smooth, either, but I wasn't concerned about them damaging items.I have quite a few InterDesign products in my home, including several chrome items, and I've never experienced problems like this, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Also, none of the other reviewers mentioned the same flaws.This might be a stretch, but it's possible that they altered their manufacturing: the first rack I received had their old logo and colors on the packaging, while the second had their updated design. Most likely, though, that was simply a branding change and nothing more.In the end, I didn't feel like chancing it a third time. I'd prefer to find it in a brick and mortar store in order to compare several racks. Perhaps I'll give it another shot if I don't find an alternative; if so, I'll update my review.

Nicely made and works well. However, it arrived in an Amazon plastic bag without any padding or packing materials. Though it had broken out of the bag and was bent a bit, I easily bent it back in shape.

I recently got a pair of kittens, and they quickly learned how much fun it is to pull all the towels off the towel racks in the bathroom and leave them wadded on the floor (thanks, guys!). In an attempt to find a higher, more secure place to hang my towels and save them from that kittenish fate, I gave this over-the-door rack a try. It's perfect! The six hooks provide ample space for several towels, and the rack itself fits perfectly over the door without affecting its ability to open and close. I usually use those removable plastic hooks that stick on the wall without marring the paint, but those can't always handle the weight of a wet towel. I find that this rack easily handles three large towels, and the towels dry just as fast as they would on my regular towel bars. It's a little thing, but I like knowing I won't find my towels in a messy pile when I get out of the shower.This is one of those things you didn't know you needed until you try it out -- who doesn't need a little more space to hang things up? Once the kittens outgrow their dump-everything-on-the-floor phase, I plan on repurposing this to hold jackets and tote bags in my bedroom or home office. It's ridiculously convenient.

Tried command strips which fell off within a day or two. This was perfect also because I could move them around if needed.

Does what it says. Helps keep my towels off the shower bar and out of sight

This is a pretty decent over the door hanger. It's very durable and can hold about 5lbs, maybe more if I tried. This doesn't look to be cheaply made at all. I am satisfied with this product because I looked at other similar products to this and they have all said that it's smaller than it looks. Well this one is medium sized and doesn't hang too high on the door. So if you're 5'3", then buy this because it's a good height that you don't have to reach too far haha! I will be buying a couple more of these.

Quite and expensive product. But one can hang atleast five set of clothes behind the door. Easy to install and fixes perfectly to the door.Expensive product but made of steel...and just in for what u want
