The place were you put in the disk will not latch. I can see what the problem is, there is tiny black plastic tab that is supposed to catch and latch it closed, but it breaks off. I could hear it rattling around inside the thing as I was opening the box. Same problem on all three. Others have reported the same issue. Pretty serious defect. Also the date feature is just an aesthetic since there is no way to properly align the disk to a date. It does produce a star field/constellations depending on which disk you’re using. But there is no way to verify the accuracy of the image. Definitely not worth the price of admission. ### ⭐ Don't waste your money *by K***Y on February 21, 2018* Considering this was over $100, I thought it would be a good gift for my son who is in college taking astronomy classes. We were disappointed and when he found out I paid more than $20 he told me it was junk and to send it back. I really does nothing more than a projector with a wheel that rotates on the ceiling.
