Q: Is a 1200watt amp good for my L7 8" 900w

The 1200 is good but I would be real careful .

Q: will 2 of these hit harder then 2 w1 jl 10’s. I have a sundown down amp that will put out 800 at 2 ohm or 1500 at 1 ohm. Sealed .57 cubic foot per box

I believe they will .I have 2 of these subs in my single cab f150 .i was always a jl guy but I have turned to kicker .The amplifiers are also good they have built in subsonic filter so you don’t over excursion your sub .
