I LIKE THE LEFTY'S SPICY FISH AND CHICHEN SEASONED BATTER MIX. THE SEASONING IS SPICY, BUT I LOVE HOT AND SPICY FOOD. IF THIS BATTER MIX IS SO SPICY, JUST ADD LEFTY'S REGULAR FISH AND CHICKEN REGULAR MIX TO DILUTE THE SPICY MIX. I BOUGHT THIS BATTER TO COOK MY MEAT IN MY AIR FRYER. MAKE SURE YOUR MEAT IS DRY, ADD YOUR HOUSE SEASONING, THEN ADD LEFTY'S BATTER MIX, PLACE THE MEAT ON A WIRE RACK AND SLIDE IT INTO YOUR AIR FRYER. WHEN DONE, YOUR MEAT WILL TURN OUT NICE AND CRUNCHY. I WILL PURCHASE IT AGAIN.

Absolutely delicious on chicken wings
I use this to make hot wings, and man is it hot! But, it is absolutely delicious. You're eyes will be watering, nose running but it's so good you can't stop eating them.

No joke - it's spicy!
Follow the directions and you'll have great wings. I've used it in both the oven and on the Weber kettle BBQ with a Vortex - turns out phenomenal. It's definitely got some heat on it. Keep your nose away from the bag as you open it because it is truly spicy. I've found that even mixing it 50/50 with the regular Lefty's is just about right.
