Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce, Seafood, 2.8-Ounce

This is expensive stuff, there be no doubt about that, but as a primary flavor ingredient in Ramen, it can’t be beat!

lots of flavor in this small jar but it only need a tsp for a decent size dish (fried rice, stir fry , etc )

I have used this in a few different dishes, it tastes okay, but for the cost, I think this is a bit overhyped.

This is a great sauce to provide Chinese dishes in particular with that deep unami flavor. I often it in stir fried rice and ramen dishes.

I discovered this gem early during the pandemic. Not able to visit our favorite Asian restaurants, I began trying recipes at home. This product was in a lot of them however, such small amounts were indicated, I didn't bother to purchase. Well, that changed when I came across a recipe that boasted the XO was next level so I purchased it. I HAVE NOT BEEN WITHOUT A JAR OF XO IN MY PANTRY IN 2.5 YEARS!!! AWESOME flavor you didn't know you needed!!!

It tasted fine for roasted butternut squash

I use this on rice for amp up some flavor. I highly recommend

Have been using it for my cooking. Unfortunately pricey for a small container. Will only buy this once.

Tasty. Love adding this to my homemade fried rice.

I was thinking the couple sauce would be a little bit spicy but this one isn’t. Also the taste is not strong enough for an xo sauce.
