It works
I tried the 3M kit for my 18 year old Audi. It did okay, but it did not get anywhere near new, as it claims. It was especially lacking around the edges where it was hard to get the sandpaper using the drill attachment. So I tried this one. I figured hand sanding would make it easier to get the edges. This has 3 liquids--a precleaner, a polish, and then the UV final step. I have plenty left over from doing both headlamps. When I do it again, I'll need to pick up more sandpaper because there is only one of each. I didn't need the 600 grit as there were no chips in my lights, so I skipped right to the other grits. Spraying with water on the sandpaper and the lamp made it a smooth process. This got it almost new. I figure I'll do it again in 6 months or so to maintain. It was easy. I did both lights in each step and it took about 45 minutes start to finish. I did watch a video before I started and got everything ready. I also popped the hood so that I didn't have to tape it. While these are not totally brand new looking, they are much improved and there is no yellow or thick fogged areas. Due to the age of my car, it just might need another polish in a few months, but it's much safer to drive now. And the kit was a bargain since I have enough of the product to use it again! Unlike 3M which gave you two UV wipes.

Looks New When Done Correctly
My 2006 Mercedes S500 lens were so cloudy you could not see the bulbs inside and the light was distorted. After using this produced per the instructions, my lenses looked NEW. No tools required. Be sure to use the 1500 grit and 2000 grit sandpaper till all of the imperfections and coating is removed and lens is clear. Definitely worth the money.

Quality headlamp restoration, little too much effort
This kit works really well and it's 4-step system is effective. It does however take about an hour, the results are clear plastic lenses without yellowing and hazing. It works.

It's fair
It takes a very long while to finish the job. Much longer than mentioned in the advertisement. Also lacking enough sand papers. It does clear but not satisfied completely.

Amazing product , works fantastic!
I purchased this for my 2009 nissan versa with severely yellowing and cloudy headlights wasnt sure how well it was going to work on my 12 year old car that i literally was getting less than half the light from headlight than when it was new. To my suprise they came out amazing almost like new considering the age and the milage 273k these lights where very bad the lights cleaned up 100% the damage to lenses "cloudy, hazy , small surface fractures cleaned up about 75% and from what they where before i used this are at least 300% better !

Don't waste your money on this kit.
A complete waste of money, time, and effort. I believed the positive reviews for this kit and purchased it, based on the promise that it would work fast with reasonable effort and no power tools. Yesterday followed the makers directions to the letter (with real difficulty due to the inadequate supplies it contains). The results were barely noticeable any closer than 40 feet (and just barely, even then). Today I purchased a soft foam polishing wheel for my cordless drill and a $7 jar of Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish and followed the directions on YouTube. In 10 minutes per light my headlights are restored to enough overall clarity for safe driving. Do not buy this kit unless you want to experience the frustration of wet sanding with tiny (2 3/4x3") pieces of abrasive paper. There is no way to hold them to apply even pressure when dry, and they're much worse when wet. My buffer wheel and polish cost about $25 and saved the parts cost of replacement lenses ($130 for two - online) and the much higher labor coast to mount them.

Exceeded Expectations!
Bought this product with skepticism, just wasn't sure anything could get my headlights back to 'normal'. But am VERY PLEASED with the results! As you can see from the pic...There is a HUGE difference now! One of my lights (the one pictured) needed the sandpaper treatment. Still has some haze, but very little and could have just needed more time spent on it. The other light didn't need sandpaper but was yellowing, and literally looks like new! Product exceeded expectations. Fairly easy instructions and took about an hour for both lights with left over product to be able to probably do another set.
