These are very good. I take them in the morning and they give me a mood lift to begin the day. There are no side effects, are easy tobtake, and have a mildly sweet flavor as they dissolve. I have them on my Subscribe and Save list so I don't run out. I recommend them if you need a mild pick-me-up for some energy and mood lift.
