Built for subzero trips — warm, grippy, and reliable
I bought these for an upcoming trip to Canada where temps can drop 15–20° below zero and decided to test them at home in New England after a 6–8" snowfall. Performance exceeded expectations: traction on ice and slush was excellent — I walked confidently without slipping — and they feel very warm and well-insulated. Fit was true to size and comfortable for long walks; materials seem durable and easy to clean after slushy streets. If you need boots for extreme cold, icy sidewalks, or snowy travel, these are a solid choice. Highly recommend for anyone heading into subzero conditions.

Love, buying a second pair cuz my husband stole mine!
These are FANTASTIC!! I purchased them for icy walks with my newborn because I wasn’t feeling confident on our hill near our home, gets slick, and with these it’s NO PROBLEM! Honestly, if they weren’t slippery on wood/tile floors I doubt I’d take them off my boots! Anyway I’m buying a second pair because it’s like an ice rink outside and my husband took them to take our dog for a long walk in the woods and he now ADORES them too! I said ‘keep em, I’ll buy another pair for myself.’ Huge game changer for walks in icy/snowy conditions! The sizing (see chart) was EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED, I haven’t had them long enough to say how the rust resistance might be but I didn’t clean them after our walks and no issues yet! They are crazy durable and stretchy but yet VERY secure to your shoes. I just love their versatility and wonderful function. PERFECTION! Thank you!!

Super happy with this purchase!
I purchased a set of these as I am an avid walker. After having surgery on a broken patella (kneecap) and living in the Midwest I wanted to be sure to minimize and slips/falls in the winter. These are fantastic. We tend to get heavy snowfalls in Wisconsin and I don't let that keep me from taking my two pups for a walk every morning. This morning was 8 degrees the roads and sidewalks were icy, I feel very confident walking with these on. They are easy to get on and off. Before these I had the spike type and with those found keeping them in the house rather than the cold garage made them easier to get on (rubber warm and more pliable), so this is what I do with these. One thing, this morning I noticed one of the coils was coming off, so I simply twisted it back into place and I was good to go, so no concerns thus far. I walk every day about 45min-hour and have been using these for about three weeks. I would recommend these, so much I purchased another set for a backup.

Good Product but be Careful on Rugs
These are a reasonably priced product that provides good traction on ice. Fit as expected, being very snug. Just an FYI: be careful with these on garage rugs. My wife almost took a fall when these caught hold of our garage rug and even pulled some threads out.

Great product for winter trail runners
Awesome product! Ill like to run outside and on trails but it can be tough in the northeast with snow. Too these guys out twice for an 8 mile run on carriage trails with about four inches of snow. First outing the snow was fresh with some cross country ski tracks and the second was on that same base but compacted from foot traffic with some ice mixed in. In both outings they performed flawlessly - excellent traction! Easy on, eaasy off. I love this product.

Good traction and easy to use
These Yaktrax traction cleats provide solid grip on icy sidewalks and packed snow. They’re easy to put on and remove, stay securely in place, and don’t feel bulky while walking. The coil design offers noticeable stability, and they fit well over regular walking shoes. Overall, a simple and effective option for winter walking in slippery conditions.

Awesome snow/ice cleats!
Works as advertised! Works very well on snow and ice. I have not has a situation yet that these could not handle for ice or snow. These have been a Godsend for me as I am in my older years and sometimes I need to be out in the bad weather. My paranoia of walking on snow/ice with these have disappeared. Just be careful if you have these on and you need to walk on dry pavement or a hard surface, they will slip easily as any good ice cleat would do. To me, the absolute perfect ice cleat would be retractable with a click of a button or auto sensing.

DO NOT step on any regular floors w/ these on. VERY SLICK from round coils
The Good, The Bad, The Ugly: the GOOD: fits well, very easy to take on and off. Works well on most snowy, icy, mix. I feel pretty secure. the BAD: depending on snow composition, could slide off. True of others, but because these sit shallow in shoe and depending on the shoer/boot, this may happen more. I eventually found a pair of boots that work well with these, and I use them just for taking my dogs outside. We have a hill immediately out our back door to get to their potty/play/roam area, and so I need the added traction lest I sit down and cry as I scoot carefully down the hill. the UGLY: These have potential to be DANGEROUS. What I mean by this is that while they are fine for snow, ice, mix, they are NOT ok to walk on on any smooth floors. This is because the gripps are round coils. The coils on smooth floors make same exact situation as walking on ice. Nothing but slick sliding scariness. I would be MAD if I wiped out just walking to get outside while still inside. Why would I walk inside with these?? How about to get from where my shoe putting on station is to the door? Or if I needed to head back and grab something, I have to take these off lest I die. I also have to remember this when it comes to any sort of errand running. Great for a slick parking lot, but then what about when I step inside a grocery store? no can do! and I am not switching shoes mid grocery run. SO stick to the pointy ones that will at least not let you forget that you have ice cleats on. Like the claw style. The stud style arent bad. But these rounded ones? ugh. These rounded ones are just too slick for any surface outside of the ice snow situation. Works, but can't forget where you are. I am SO GLAD I bough these for me, and another style for my 75 years old mom. Oh, and I have a couple of stairs to go down before I get outside, so I carefully go down sideways one step, have both feet on a stair before taking next step. There is no putting on the boots just before I step out the door because there is no room.

Been using these for dog walking for years. Go through about one every year or two. Easy to put on. Easy to carry in your pocket if you need to pop them off. Grip better than the spikes. If you have to walk on dry pavement or stone they’re not as slippery as the spikes. You can even sneak across your hardwood floors to grab whatever you’ve forgotten if you’re gentle and not trash the boards.

I used these when on holiday in Hokkaido for the winter festivals. Fantastic product. I did not slip or fall over when wearing these. They're relatively easy to get on and so light that they're easy to carry around.
