They told me that I was welcome to return the pen for a full refund but they urged me to find the truth about the pens authenticity. So I took the pen to a Mont Blanc store and they confirmed it was a real pen. In case anyone was wondering the reason it can be sold at this discounted price is because it does not come with the Mont Blanc warranty. Which, means the booklet that comes with it will not have a stamp in the back. Take my word for it, the discounted price is the way to go! These pens are very well built and the warranty is pointless. This seller is genuine and so is the pen. Fantastic writing tool.

**Q: Is the ISO 12757 (black) a refill for this pen?**
A: The pen I bought from the vendor on amazon was a fake and amazon did nothing to help me recover my money. I would not buy a montblanc pen from anyone on amazon. I have several real ones and I wouldn't use anything except a montblanc refill.

**Q: which ink cartrige fits in mont blanc meisterstruck rollerball pen**
A: Your best bet is to buy authentic Mont Blanc refills.  They cost more than the average but the ink is going to last you a while and the texture, pen to paper, is better.  Plus you'll be SURE they fit.  If you want to go the cheap route, take one of your used cartridges to your local Office Depot (or other store selling office supplies) and compare the size and shape and buy an exact duplicate.

**Q: Is this 100% genuine? I can't explain the 323$ from amazon giants the 450$ on Mont Blanc online store?**
A: Absolutely not.  Among other things, no serial number like every genuine l Montblanc pen.

**Q: how do you change the the ball point cartridge in a mont blanc pen?**
A: Twist the clip part of the pen to the left a couple of times; it will open, replace with a new Mont blanc cartridge. Most of the time generic cartridges don't fit well.
