It does not light up. It is a winter scene in regular canvas.

Where may i buy elmer the moose with christmas ornament hanging from it's antlers?

LOL, I wanted the same thing! I considered puncturing the canvas and hanging real ornaments on various lengths of ribbon from the antlers. I decided not to this year, but there’s always next Christmas! Other than that I’ve not seen one printed with the ornaments.
