This is a specialty item that is hard to find in N. MI.It is a lovely tart, sweet syrup that makes a real nice salad dressing. Could be used in marinades too.

I made pomegranate molasses baby back ribs for New Years and this was a big hit.I drizzled some over my salad too and it was so good. The right about of thickness and taste so good. If you like pomegranate you'll love this. Great purchase and I will purchase again.

A little bitter
It was a little bitter. Not quite as yummy as the previous brand that I ordered. Will order a different brand next time, I think, and I don't quite know how to use it in cooking. Maybe that is the problem. The previous brand, I had the same problem, so I just put a little in water with sweetner and drank it. This doesn't taste as good.
