Kitchen Accomplice Thai Style Sriracha Plant-based Vegan No-bone Broth Concentrate, 12 Oz

Tasty! Bought the chicken flavor. Works really well for elevating soups and ramen dishes on the fly. I've reconstituted it with water/milk, mixed it into plain yogurt for marinating, and even mixed it into biscuit dough as part of the liquid. Since it's concentrated into a thick liquid, you can kind of control the consistency of whatever you're making with it.The squeeze bottle's good quality- it doesn't buckle under pressure, and the lid has a softer plastic opening inside- it closes when you aren't squeezing the bottle so air doesn't get inside and turn everything dry and crusty. The outside label is plastic, so it's washable if it gets messy, but it can pull away and slide around the bottle and get off-center. Doesn't bother me though, I just slide it back.So glad I found it here, my local grocery store stopped carrying it.

I've purchased both the regular vegetable both and the "no-bone broth" from this company and they're both amazing; however, I'm obsessed with the no-bone broth. I've recently started the 5:2 intermittent fasting diet (five days eating regularly, two days limiting calorie intake) and this is a life saver - it gives me something to sip on, keeps me full and gives my body the protein it needs.I'm not really sure how it compares to regular bone broth, but compared to vegetable broth, it's just a little thicker and more savory, plus has a few more calories due to the pea protein (50 calories vs. 15 calories in the vegetable broth from this brand). I probably wouldn't cook with the no-bone broth because the consistency and flavor are a little different than regular vegetable broth, but if you want something satisfying and healthy to sip on, this is perfect!

I love Kitchen Accomplice chicken broth concentrate. HOWEVER, note that this organic version, though delicious, makes half the amount of the original, non-organic version. I didn't read clearly, my bad, so just giving a heads up, this takes 4 tsp to every cup of water while the non-organic takes only 2. Still a wonderful product but for my almost daily use of flavored broth I'll probably go back to the original.

I love this bone broth concentrate! I found it when I had a long bout of pneumonia that started in late September and I’m still recovering from it on January 6th.This is a delicious nutritious organic bone broth. I like the concentrate because I can barely eat when I have pneumonia and I drink 16-32 ounces a day. This would be a bottle to recycling every day, but the concentrate comes in a recyclable plastic bottle that lasts me a couple weeks. This item will always be in my refrigerator for anytime I am feeling under the weather and need a soothing, delicious, nutritious warm drink!

I purchased this along with a number of other pantry items for a friend who is trying to stock a very lean pantry. They have a large family - 3 adults, 4 kids. This seemed like a compact and good option as a bone broth - more protein. She reports it is delicious and she's used it multiple times. It's fairly small - 12 oz, but remember, it's concentrated.

I usually use Better Than Bullion brand, but thought Id try this one to see how it compared. It requires a lot more concentrate, yet has a weaker flavor. I’m going to try to continue using it, so I don’t waste the money I spent on it, but, after this, I’ll go back to my usual brand. I don’t recommend this product. Sorry.

I did a lot of online reviews for different options, and this one seemed to have the most positive reviews for taste and smell. I have to agree, it tastes great! I like salt, so maybe that's part of it, but for anyone who doesn't, you can always add less concentrate. I can't drink coffee because of my stomach issues, so this is a nice alternative to having a nice warm beverage during these fall months. Can't speak for the health benefits yet as this is my first day of trying it, but so far so good! Very comforting!
