Have bought 3 times!! (3 dogs)
This collar has lasted us 3 years, so I give it a 5 star in durability. This collar did help with pulling on the leash, so I would also rank it 5 stars in training effectively. They recommend different sizing, but one size fits most.

Sent me wrong length!
Ordered the 25” Chain a couple of months ago. For this whole time, I thought I measured wrong, because I could barely get the Chain on and off my Dog’s Head. I ended up adding a Shackle to make the distance. I happened to measure the Chain today, from working on something else, and I find out the Chain itself is only 23”. It’s supposed to be 25”! And, 26” from end of Ring to Ring! NOT IMPRESSED!

Quality at a reasonable price.
Top quality. Compliments my dogs' appearance. My dogs knows to be best when it's on. Though it's never used as any punishment. A doberman will develop a collar ridge in their pelt.. these do not contribute to that. Can't see any better product at any price.

A little thinner than I hoped. I will rereview when I use.
Updating my review: The chain worked fine. My nervous dog got even more nervous when I started using it though so I'm not going to use it anymore. But it did work great. I've decided to use positive high value treats (like turkey or chicken) to try to get him to be less nervous.Original: A little concerned about the strength of the chain and rings. I expected it to be a bit thicker. Will report back if it was fine once I start using. My dog is a rescue who tends to lunge when he afraid so I want to have something strong but not too heavy to correct him. I used a halter and he was doing well but he hates that thing. This will allow me to train and practice look at me. Great video of how to use on NYC bully crew on YouTube. Also some other great videos from others on the importance us using the rings correctly.

Just what I was looking for.
This is perfect for my dog. He is 60 pounds but a tender little thing and we just needed something to give light corrections so he would stop pulling and jumping on people since nothing else worked and he clearly understands the word no. He's just an eager to please puppy and needed a little behavioral reminder for when he gets over excited. Have a good idea of your dog's titration level when you go to buy things like these. A big bull headed dog likely will need a heavier choke chain to get their attention. Pulling into the choke can still be expected as well, the point is to 'pop' them when they misbehave such as pulling on leash or jumping on people like mine has been. You give a very swift upwards jerk with the leash and immediately release. Don't jerk up and hold it there. Find the right amount of pressure it takes to get your dog's attention when you pop him and always pair the correction with the word no, then immediately give him/her the command you want them to perform such as heel or sit or stay. When they do it, praise praise praise and get as excited as you can about it. If you know what you are doing, these are a very useful tool.

Mixed
This was a replacement for her last one. Dog was able to use her back leg and remove chain and escape. I got the next size down and it was hard to get on her and seemed to be choking her. She has kicked this one off twice and I found it. Then I threaded it through her ID collar and when she kicks it off, the chain is still hooked to the ID collar and cannot escape.
