POSHI Marinated Artichoke Heart Snack Packs, Basil & Thyme, 10 x 1.58 oz

Love love love these! I was ordering cranberries and these were suggested to me so I added them to my cart. I literally should be a spokes person for this product, that’s how much I absolutely love them! Usually with most artichoke heart products you have a lot that is tough and gets thrown away but not with these! They were amazing! Wish I would have made a video and took pics before I ate them all! Just wish my stomach would let me eat more than 2 packs at a time. One pack is a perfect healthy snack! Recommend 100%! The taste isn’t sour, tart or too bitter and greasy! Absolutely perfect go to snack!

perfect amount of tenderness and flavor. I eat these at least 4 times a week right out of the pouch, I love them so much! My favorite Poshi pick and they have fiber AND they're convenient. I'm an artichoke fan and these work for me!

These are AMAZING. The flavor is so good. They taste like marinated artichoke hearts but not quite as vinegary. I love that they are a soft & moist snack but there’s no liquid in the package - you could eat them with your fingers if you wanted to (not exactly sanitary in these COVIDy days even with a million hand-washes, but hey, I’m too lazy to find a fork late at night LOL). Also I love that I can just zip open a pack to get some yummy veggies - shelf stable, no cooking required! These are the ultimate portable snack if you like vegetables or are trying to get more in your diet. I really like that they come pre-portioned in snack sizes, and i like how easy it is to open the envelopes. I sometimes have a hard time opening packaging (carpel tunnel issues) but these were simple. I do wish there was more in each serving and I feel like the price is high for what you get. That being said, there aren’t really any good alternatives unless you want to open a whole jar of marinated artichokes, which is not very portable, you can’t eat them in bed!! (Haha), and that’s way too much to eat at once. So I will be re-buying these, although my wallet is crying, b/c they are really good AND healthy. Win-Win. (Kind of “lose” on the wallet side, but in this case convenience trumps wallet esp when I’m trying to eat more veggies.)

Great snack options, salad toppers, good flavor, I add olive oil and balsamic to the package. Portions servings are small 3-4 pieces per pouch.
