The BRG ANR headset turns on automatically when it's plugged into the panel or the master switch is turned on, and shuts off automatically when it's unplugged or the master switch is turned off. This conserves battery life, enabling longer use between battery changes. The headset will automatically turn on when it is plugged in and the radio is turned on.
