Folds easy and works great

So far no problems, Sondor ebike has been wonderful! The technicians that I have contacted provided succinct and useful information.

I bought my first Sondors used, an Original yellow single speed. A year and a half later we now have 5, including 2 Folds. I had to get them for the whole family and we all love them! For the price I think these bikes are really hard to beat. The support community on Facebook is fantastic and super helpful. The bikes are solid, I still use my Original as my daily commuter and it has been super reliable and a ton of fun to ride. Be ready to put it together and learn a little basic bike maintenance. Which, really, every bike owner should know such as how to adjust brakes. And then you will love this bike too.

I was involved in Sondors first Indiegogo campaign back in 2015 and have owned 7 of their bikes over the years. I currently an original fat bike, a Fold X, and a new Fold XS. The Fold X bikes are my favorite because they fit in the trunk of my sedan and are comfortable, well made and fast. We also run a Facebook community with nearly 10,000 members. I love riding my fold X. I have over 1200 miles on it. While the bike is on the heavy side, having the electric power on tap more than makes up for it. The tires are rated for up to 20psi. I generally run them at 17psi, I hear other go much lower, especially if riding in sand or snow. Having lower pressure tires makes for a much more comfortable ride. Putting it together wasn't very hard, and there are youtube videos that show how to do it step by step. There are also a couple of facebook groups with friendly people to discuss modifications, etc.
