Works Great for Low Water Levels
I’m very impressed with this water pump. It can continue pumping even when the water level is quite low, which is exactly what I needed. It removes water efficiently and gets into areas where a regular pump would have trouble working. The pump is easy to use, works smoothly, and has good suction. It has been very helpful for getting rid of leftover water without having to manually scoop it out. Overall, a practical and useful pump that does exactly what I expected. Great value for the money!

Great Pump for Lotus Bowl
I bought this little pump as an experiment for changing the water in my largish lotus bowl. It emptied the bowl in a couple of minutes and made this job so easy. It has two adapters in the packaging and my little hose that I bought fit perfectly. I would highly recommend. I haven't had it long, so I cannot speak to it's longevity, but for my first run, it worked perfectly fine and did exactly what I needed it to do!

needed hot soapy water to remove that lubricant
I needed a pump on a 1/2" hose to replace the 1" syphon hose I had been using, it emptied the tank too fast . I knew the pump was small, but the measurements in the description are too big, almost 2", the box isn't that big. The size with the picture is accurate. Out of the box, just like the video, it will pump water about 18" high, put a 1/2" hose on it and I got at least 3 1/2'. It seemed the pump was perfect for the job as I was sucking up the mess very nicely at a slower pace without draining so much water before I had even really gotten started. When I first started , I noticed little patches of oil floating by and after 10 minutes it was all over so I turned the pump upside down and took it off the surface from underneath a bit at a time. then I took the bottom off the pump and found the lubricant. Typically, a pump like this will have a big magnet with a round hole in it and a round metal stator with a shaft that goes through it, and spins around inside the magnet, the shaft has little plastic caps that fit on the ends and they fit into a couple places at each end keeping it centered and it spins freely, the top has the impeller on it and then the plastic cap, this pump doesn't have a cap on top of the stator, there is a spring underneath the stator pushing the impeller up flush against the the bottom part of the pump and this is where that greasy lubricant goes, I doubt running in another tank will do any good, if you aren't pumping the water out of the tank you are just cycling the greasy water, I used my home depot 5 gal bucket, emptying it 6 times and still got an oil slick on my tank. After I removed the lubricant, the pump no longer has the same output, time to time spend more for a better one.

Failed after less than one month with intermittent use. Replacement unit eventually failed too.
Nice little pump; very annoying that it failed in just sort of a month having been used for a few dozen times. Since the size and capacity are perfect for my application, I'm taking a chance and asked Amazon to replace it. Hope this was just a sample defect and not a pervasive manufacturing issue. UPDATE: The pump was used last summer for intermittent service as a condensate pump. At the end of the season, it was unplugged, dried, and put away in a closet (a temperature controlled environment). When I took tried to use it for a second season, it did not work at all.

Great price
This was a perfect replacement for a small motor I had in an outdoor fountain. I was going to get the exact motor the fountain came with, but that was over $60. I thought I would give this one a try, and it worked out great for 1/3 the cost. It is more than enough for the 24" lift. Easy to clean, quiet, and all I had to do was plug in the water tube. Works great.

Eh.
Not as quiet as I hoped. I live in an apartment so my tank is in the living room so I had hoped the buzzin wouldn’t be so intense. Also idk if I was supposed to buy a hose separate or if it’s okay to have the fountain part pouring into the water I wish it had better instructions. The manual it came with was extremely vague and unhelpful.

Disappointed in the quality drop over time.
The first one of these I had, lasted three years. The next three have lasted a couple months each. Unfortunately I guess I'm done with this brand.

shoppers friendly, no worry shopping
Very bad experience to have shopped this item which is too small, weak and noisy, worse is we were also charged for Prime membership fee, plus we do not know how return it. And it is now put deep in storage. As we still need a proper pump, Temu is the choice, which is convenient, better return policy and mostly free of delivery fees.
