you get a psu and nema connector that you need to wire to the battery pack or ?what printed material there is just the label on the psu, problem they are written in Chinese, had to ask seller a couple of times to translate for me. -3 stars for the trouble,Next no manual and no power switch -2 stars. the switch by the mains cord is I'm told a 5 amp or a 10 amp charge rate, no easy way to verify this.If item fails there is most likely no warranty, there are also no safety ratings that I can see on the labelsI had to give `1 star to post review but I'm being generous.

Do not buy
I am an electrical engineer 40 years experience in power design. This product is poorly made. No ground on enclosure, 2 wire plug is non polarized, internal circuit board has N, I assume means neutral with the AC fuse on that wire which I have never seen. AC power cord is only 3' long. they use a NEMA female AC cord for the 48V output which would confuse many people and could be a fire hazard. Whoever designed this noes nothing about US power system. I have rewired the in and out using a 3 wire cord set and connected earth ground to metal enclosure. I have not tested it but if its as bad as the rest of it I would expect failure in short time. Also Solder is not ROHS (no LEAD type solder). I give this 1 star for quality, and that because I have not tested it yet.

All Chinese writing no instructions
The cable connectors on both ends are male and female 120v plugs so do not know which end is 120v plug side and which is charge side. No instructions and all writing is Chinese so I need to take pics and decipher.
