Good neck support
Good soft collar for a troublesome neck. Wear it regularly especially when gardening or doing heavy work. Keeps neck warm and stable.

Inflatable neck collar. OK but gets hot and itchy if worn for long.

Easy to use, comfy and good support.
This item arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It's very easy to put on. I found it a little difficult to inflate as I've got arthritis in my fingers but once it's inflated it's very comfortable and supportive. It gives quite a bit of relief from the never ending pain. I'm really glad I bought it.

Item delivered damaged
Pump is broken, can’t use the product. I can definitely return and get refund but it gives me hassle. Not happy with quality check before packing the product.

Great idea, not great quality
Concept works really well for neck injuries. Worked great for first few weeks, but it now leaking air from where air pipe enters the brace.

Incredible product
For the price, it’s incredible! Due to lockdown and wfh, I was looking at something helping me reducing my cervical pain; I’m positive impressed by this product. It inflates in seconds, it’s comfortable and soft on the skin. It’s a genuine great product.
