So it's my first steamer earlier I used to use my iron for steaming but clothes were still having wrinkles so in I thought of buying a steamer. I went thru reviews and I found these one economic and reviews were also good, after getting this product I am quite happy about my investment. the steamer is built sturdy and material used seems strong. it comes with measuring jar to make your life easy while filling it up. Please do not fill above the maker else it will spill some water with steam. overall I am happy with this purchase.Update:- Do not overfill it else it might leak water drops along with steam.Happy shopping on Amazon.  This is a very handy product especially when you’re on the go wherever you’re going to work or you’re traveling, it’s a quick and easy way to make sure your clothes are always neat and pressed. I have included a demonstration video.• after plugging up the portable steamer takes about 1 to 2 minutes for it to heat up.• always always remember never to fill the water past the line that says Max, the water will spell out or began to leak onto whatever fabric you’re trying to steam. So for best performance from this product either fill it to the max line exactly or below the line.• once the water begins to boil inside of the steamer, the steam party has began. And you can now begin to get all those wrinkles out of whatever fabric you desire .• hold is about half an inch away fromFabric which will steam it up quickly and release the wrinkles, but not to close that it make your fabrics wet.• in about 1-2 I was able to get all the wrinkles out of the hand towel in the video.I enjoy this product because I dislike ironing, its small enough for traveling or even to fit in a work bag. You could even store it at work in your desk draw or locker. And it’s light enough to treat a middle schooler how to use it and become self-sufficient.

 Worked great, once. Since then... three other attempts and this is what I get. I didn't expect an overflow the first time it did this so I'd picked it up and was waiting to use it, burned my foot. It's not even to the max line and doing this, it all boils out. I read the reviews prior to purchasing, but appears I got a dud as most reviews were great. I have just printed a return label for this product, off to research and find a better option.Edit: Great customer service, easy to communicate with and refund given without a hassle.

I purchased this product in August and it spewed hot water all over my hand after the first use, even after only filling the reservoir half full. I gave the product a poor review, and the customer service team got a hold of me and sent a new steamer even though I had the product for several months. They didn't have to do that and I really appreciate that they replaced the steamer. I've had no issue with the new steamer, it works as expected, and I think it's a great little product -- I also give the customer service team five stars!

The first time I used this product it worked great. It then started to spit hot water out of the opening the minute it heated up. I have to return this item as it is dangerous to use and spits out boiling water.

 Really cool steamer. It is compact and very easy in using. I steamed my blouse off for 1 minute (watch the video). This is a good item for traveling or home using.

This is one of the best products I have ever purchased. It is small enough to fit into a carry-on bag and it holds enough water to steam the entire piece of clothing. The design is nice and easy to use. It holds a lot of water so one fill does a big job getting wrinkles out. I find myself pressing everything.It is a great travel companion, since it is small enough for my suitcase.It is very durable and easy to clean and use.Highly recommend.

Great product. It works well on my more delicate fabrics that get wrinkles even if they're just hanging in the closet. I have only used stand up steamers and was nervous that this one wouldn't work very well being that it is so small and compact. I was totally wrong. It does the job and literally takes up no space in the closet. I feel like some of the negative reviews are because people don't understand that steamers are not irons. For deep creases and fold marks a hand steamer may not be the best choice for you. Also if it spits out water, relax... it's just water and should dry within a couple minutes.
