the mobile does not responds, very slow, caller , ring tone is very low, no sound, hangs, when you click on any one icon, the other icon is opening, etc. not good...i am trying to return thru this and not able to submit my request for return. what is the contact no.

Mobile data not working.Called tech support and spoke for 1 hour 15 mins but he was not able to help at all.

The battery life was a big let down even though the phone was not in use the battery would drain.

Sound problem, automatically going to silent mode repeatedly. Once after restart it is getting normal.

I wish there was a negative rating - this product is that bad - no memory, have to click and wait for atleast 10-15 seconds. Cannot launch more than 1-2 apps at a time. GBoard app failed right after 2 weeks, most terrible phone i have ever seen

I didn't use this phone at all, only reason to return is jio sim is mandatory in the said phone. Without using the phone I can say that it is nice phone. Anyone can buy it who is able to use jio sim... 🙏🙏🙏
