comfy on the feet
I resisted ordering this type of footrest at first because I wasn't familiar with this type. After the usual type of footrest didn't work out, I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. It's exactly right for keeping my feet comfy in a good position, it's lightweight and easy to move out of the way, but the grippy rubber on the bottom keeps it in place. I'm extremely happy with it.

Very nice but so narrow!
I like the density/hardness of this and I think this is perfect. Looks very nice, comfortable, practical, doesn't slip on the floor. All good. The thing I do not like or understand is it's size - why so narrow? Do people like to sit with their legs perfectly together? Because I do not, it hurts for a longer period of time. When I put my feet on that as wide as I can, I still have to force my knees to keep the legs so close. And they hurt quite quickly. If the foot rest was half wider (longer), it would be a game changer. But since it's so narrow, I either hold just one foot on it and another on the floor (I'm sure it's not good for my posture) or just for a short while with both feet, or in a position similar to butterfly where my knees are far away from each other while my feet are together. I think it's a fault design, but maybe it's just me who has this issue. If I figure out to extend it will be a fantastic foot rest.Compared to other solutions and other foot rests out there, I think this one is still very nice!

Beware: Flimsy foam and misleading pictures
I don't understand all the positive reviews. The footrest is made out of extremely light foam and the nonslip pads could not keep the footrest from sliding around. It was annoying to constantly adjust the footrest. Not only that, but the pictures are misleading. The footrest is much smaller than it appears in the pictures, which I should note are either angled deceptively or in some cases showing outright a different product.Again, it's a mystery as to why the reviews are so positive for such a patently subpar product.

Don’t pay more than $10
The cover is soft, the anti slip bottom works fine, and the foam is fairly dense and firm. But it also feels like cheap packing foam instead of lush comfortable memory foam like many similar products have. I paid $25 including tax but it feels more like an $8-12 item. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more quality product.

A MUST for the vertically challenged
I have worked in an office most of my career, and I have always been too short to really set my feet down right. However, in an office, my high heels would make up the difference so I didn't worry too much.Fast forward to 2020 and I am now taking conference calls in my slippers and PJ's, legs dangling from my cheap old office chair. My back was hurting. I was not sitting right and I didn't want to spend any real money on a decent office setup. (If you can't expense, you mustn't spend)I bought a chair cushion and this to rest my feet on and to align my spine. It was literally night and day. Just the comfort at knowing what tall people feel like when they sit back in the chair AND touch the floor! WOW.My back issue cleared up almost instantly. I can't say whether it was the back cushion or the floor cushion. I don't care. The combo of the two works really well and I feel great. And it didn't break the bank!

Wasn't quite sure at first, but is has definitely grown on me
With my first day of using this thing at my office desk, it felt a bit awkward and weird to get used to because i felt like my legs were too high up. However, I adjusted my chair and got the footrest in the right position, and it is extremely comfortable now. Comparted to the hardwood floor underneath it is obviously way softer being padded with a soft velvet on top. It is firm, but you can push into it if you wanted to. I really think this is the way to go if you want a footrest rather than those hard/plastic ones, since this is lightweight but stays in place with help from the dimples on the bottom of it. You can really get comfortable either when sitting upright or lounging; I've been using it for my office desk, so I can't speak for any other applications. Overall I would certainly recommend it for office use - for the price, it's at least worth it to try this one out if you are considering a footrest.

The perfect lift.
Our built in desk is a little too high and every chair we own is always a bit too low. Trying to find the perfect in between is difficult. I originally bought a blow-up foot rest in 2017 and teaching distance learning at home all year kind of took the air out of it. So I needed a better fix and here it was, right beneath my feet! All joking aside, this is the perfect height, it's soft and comfortable, and I know I don't have to worry about it deflating. It has a removable cover too for easy washing, which is definitely a bonus!

Helps with my feet and legs
I'm leaving the clear sealed bag on it for a while to protect it for long as I can. I've been have a lot of feet issues so tight I'd give this a try, I sitting there any way why not. It helps to stretch the muscles in the feet and feels really good. Flip it upside down and it rocks. That helps to stretch the muscles in the lower legs. Good to do all of this if you are sitting for a long time daily. My feet are not hurting as much as before, so I'm going to say this is what's helping. After all, this is the only change I've made.
