I see the manufacturer has stated this product includes only the blades . Is there a way to buy the entire replacement head (both blades and housing?

Hello! We recommend purchasing the (RQ12) unit that would include the housing and blades.

I bought these for S6800 razor. My rotating blade hub is green and not black and don't fit. What is the correct hub color?
