STAY away from purchasing these boots from Amazon. I've purchased from these boots from the Steve Madden store twice since 2007 and these do NOT have the same quality. They are flimsy, the sole on the left boot isn't completely attached and the heels were poorly glued on that they look like they are coming apart. I'm TERRIBLY disappointed in the quality. The leather doesn't feel like the pair I went and purchased from a dept store three days after purchasing from Amazon. I'm not sure why they are selling fake boots but I will NEVER again purchase shoes from Amazon!!

These boots are super comfortable. I don't plan on wearing them everyday, as I mostly wear black boots all winter, but I wanted a brown pair this year. I also purchased the same boots in black and love those, too! I can see why people have complained a little about the wear and tear on the heel, but since I don't plan on wearing these all the time, it's okay. The leather upper is pretty good and expected quality from Steve Madden. Fashionable boot that will fit most calves. I border on average/wide and these have plenty of room with jeans! You can wear them to work/office or wear them to the grocery store. Good value for the price-I basically got two pairs of boots for the price of one pair from my other favorite boot designer.

Let me start by saying that this is the third pair of Intyce boots that I have bought. I have owned and loved Intyce boots for years, always replacing them when I finally worn them down too far.However.This latest pair is defective. I bought them about five weeks ago. I am wearing them right now for maybe the fifth or sixth time? And THE HEEL PIECE JUST FELL OFF. It’s just gone. It’s small, and I was walking on an uneven sidewalk, so I didn’t notice it immediately, but as soon as I did, I retraced my steps in hopes of finding the lost piece. No luck.So I called Amazon. They won’t do anything for me because the return period ended FIVE DAYS ago. Never mind that the product broke after only half a dozen uses.Next, I called Steve Madden. They won’t do anything because I purchased the boots on Amazon. Never mind that it’s their product that broke.So I’m out of luck. Damn.

I was VERY excited to find these boots on Amazon, as I had them for 5 years- getting them resoled once over that timespan. It was coming time to resole them again, but instead, I bought a brand new pair at the end of the season in 2017- making sure I got a pair before they potentially disappeared. .I did not wear them until September 2017. In the first week of wearing them, part of the sole fell off on both boots! There are two parts of the sole- they part under ball of the foot- which is the bigger piece, and the part under the heel. The heel part fell off both boots- causing slight damage to the boot. This is truly disappointing, as I was very excited to find these boots that had provided great wear for the past years. I don't know if I got a faulty pair- but I'm suspect of the current make. ANd unfortunately it is too late to return them- even thought they have only been worn about a week. Amazon or Steve Madden- you hear me?!?

These are really nice boots but the leather seems too soft and it won't take too much to wear these down. I noticed after wearing these while driving that the back of the right boots was already looking worn down from rubbing on the floorboard. I find that really annoying since i drive around a lot with 3 kids and schools and work!They are narrow in the toe area. If you have wide I wouldn't recommend these at all. I don't have a wide foot and they start to hurt after a while in them. I also agree with the other reviews about the poorly made heel, it's already wearing down as well.These seem to run true to size length wise.A bit narrow, (because of its style)Very soft leather and they are slouchy, esp if you do not have wide calves to hold them up.The shipping was very fast and they DO say MADE IN BRAZIL in them.

I actually ordered these off of Amazon Warehouse for a song, likely because so many people had returned them because of the bad reviews? In any case, mine came in beautiful shape with a Brazil label. When I first put them on, I swore that one boot was larger than the other, but after walking around for an hour or so, I no longer felt it. The only complaint I have, if you can call it one, is that the calf is quite wide and while there is a buckle to adjust the width, it doesn't tighten quite as much as I would like. I do have rather thin legs FWIW. Love these! Received many compliments! Also, I hover between a 8 - 8.5, ordered the 8 and they fit great!

I have wider than usual calves so I have a difficult time finding boots to go over them. I bought these at Nordstroms a few years ago and luckily I can keep reordering them on here, because I wear them so much I have to buy a new pair every fall.Since I have larger calves, I sometimes initially have difficulty getting the leather to stretch to reach up and stay on my calf, but it doesn't take long to do and then they're wonderful. SUPER comfortable, and not so tight you can't put an insert in (because I do that too since I wear them so much in the fall / winter / spring). I finally just bought a leather punch to punch more holes where the buckle is since the last hole is still too tight on my calf. Looks great still though! I get complimented on them all the time!

The heel feel off after wearing them only a couple times. Lucky the local shoe repair was able to fix it quickly.

Tend to fit narrow but after 2-3 times, they fit great. Had issues with both heel lifts falling off and needing to be re-glued. Quality not as expected.
