I purchased this book as a requirement for a college credited course. This book covers many things to consider if you desire to start a business. Although I purchased for a required course and am not presently starting a business, I am keeping this book in the event things change for me in the future. I believe this book is beneficial to anyone in the small business market.

It has some good information concerning small businesses
Some of the language is not layman termed so you really have to reread it to get some understanding. Overall, it is a good book, a little expensive, but if you are starting a business and desire to be an entrepreneur it will definitely help you.

I've been an adult student for almost 5 years now… And this is the most valuable and relevant textbook I've had to date. This book is a keeper if you want to start a small business. The level of comprehensiveness and detail are unsurpassed.
