Dickies 16-Pocket Workshop Bib Apron

Very happy with this, great value. Lightweight but durable fabric which makes it wearable even in a warmer shop. Sits well on my frame (5'8", waist 33-34") and snugs in nicely. Pockets are well designed, I can get to items as needed and they don't pop out when I move around, bend over etc... Good length and wrap for me, but might not work as well on very tall, long torso or heavier person. Straps are comfortable and wide enough to not bite. I added two grommets as a way both to hang it up when not in use as well as attach items to small carabiners. I may end up sewing the larger chest pocket to create two narrower slots, but so far, so good.

This is my second dickies apron. Excellent for craftsman for anything around the house or shop. Stitching is good, material is good. I haven’t found anything I don’t like other than I wish it had alittle more adjustment in the straps. It’s comfortable to wear all day. Pockets are all convenient. As well made as it is it’s pretty lightweight. Wear it over a t-shirt or sweatshirt and it just becomes apart of you, I love mine. I would highly recommend.

All in all for 12-13 dollars what could you really expect. This apron does exactly what it’s intended to do: keep stain, glue, shellac, etc. off my clothes. And keep my small tools (pencil, tape measure, combo square, marking knife) at the ready.The material is pretty lightweight. Not at all like a pair of dickies canvas work pants. Much lighter. The stitching is single layer. So I’m curious how long they will hold. And the straps are also som light weight nylon material. The whole thing feels more like something you’d buy at a costume store that a piece of equipment. But again...12-13 dollars.Overall, it’s going to do its job and that’s all it needs to do. Do I wish it were more substantial, yes. But i feel that way about many things these days. If the stitching gives out in the first month I’ll update this review.

LOVE this apron!Bought one for my friend, too, who has had issues with waist size.Aprons are super adjustable, and fit our different body shapes great.Seriously wonderful pockets. Well made and cool over clothes, unlike sweaty overalls.Bravo, Dickies!!!!!

This thing is SMALL! A bib apron should cover from the upper chest to just above the knees. I am 6' tall and this apron with the straps adjusted almost all the way out covers from about mid chest to just below my waist. This would make a good apron perhaps for someone much shorter than myself perhaps. The quality seems to be standard Dickies, quality material with backstitched corners to ensure they stay sewn. The pockets seem to be 3 outer pockets with a second row of pockets that have both large and small openingsas well s large chest pocket.This seems to be a decent apron but it just isn't going to work for me. I was looking more for a shop apron that came to my knees at least as I will be working with high-speed tools such as belt sanders and lathes.

Love this thing! Perfect for what I need and more!

Fits good. All the pockets are where they should be.

Use it in the machine shop daily and it works great.
