**Q: Does this work in the Epson WF-3640. ?  The 252XL120S id is confusing me. I would not be in doubt if it just stated Epson 252xl.**
A: I have a WF-3640 and the Epson settings indicate that this size is accurate. I'm ordering directly from Epson.com because they are only charging $34.99 with free shipping.

**Q: What is the difference between the 254 and 252?**
A: Epson DURABrite Ultra 254XL Extra High-Capacity Ink Cartridge, Black (T254XL120) is rated to "get about two times more prints per cartridge than with the high-capacity 252XL Black cartridge".

**Q: how many pages total can you print from these ink cartriges**
A: Epson says up to 1100 pages for each XL cartridge - color and b&w.  I think this is probably a high estimate but that's what Epson says. The starter cartridge my Epson WS 7610 came with lasted longer than they estimated, so that's a good sign they're accurate.

**Q: Does it work for the epson workforce wf7610?**
A: Yes, the 252XL cartridges will work in the WF-7610 printer

I don't use my Epson 4-in-one for much, so I don't mind the price for factory brand ink. Sadly, the printer did not take well to a cross-country move so it now sits and is used only as a scanner now.
