Great alternative to traditional bowling shoes!
These shoes are so comfortable. I didn't want the traditional looking bowling shoes, but I still wanted quality. I trust Dexter, so I decided denim material shoes sounded like an alternative I was willing to try. These shoes fit true to size and were soft, flexible and super comfortable from the moment they came out of the box. Both shoes have a slider pad, but they have good traction walking to the line. While it is true that you cannot change pads or heels on these shoes, they also are extremely affordable and a lot of shoes for the money. I am a 190's average bowler, so I know the difference between alley shoes and quality ones, and these provide the quality I needed with the great look and comfort I was anticipating.

Great casual style, fit and price! Love them :D
New to bowling, I was just glad to get out of "house" shoes. These looked like they would breath a little better than traditional styles so I thought I'd give them a try. I couldn't be happier with these. They are very comfortable...even for me who usually wears inserts for heal pain (which I did with these also...) They broke in within the first two games. Pretty casual looking too for bowling shoes...my wife liked them and said I looked like I was going sailing instead of bowling. I'm sure anyone would be happy with the style, price and fit. (I wear an 11 which I ordered, and usually like just a bit more room in the width, and they fit perfect)...nice to be wearing my own shoes for once! I usually average 110, but with a new ball which was drilled for my hand and these new shoes, I'm not sure exactly what caused me to bowl a 165-166, but I'll take any help I can get while figuring out this game.

runs a little bigger
Good shoe, looks great, but the shoes run a little big. May be a pro/con depending on the person. I would prefer a snug fit for bowling. Returned my size 8 for a 7.5

These shoes are awesome!
Very comfortable shoes, grip where you need it with a smooth slide. They are awesome bowling shoes, this is only my second pair but now I know what brand I'll keep buying from now on especially since I've been wanting to get back to bowling every week and possibly join a league again after taking a 7-8 year break with no bowling grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.Bowling alley guy pulled me from the lane and told me I couldn't wear my street shoes and had to rent shoes, he gave me this look 😳 once I showed him the bottom of my shoes then I asked him with a smile on my face 😁 if I could get a free game for the inconvenience he's like really sorry but I can't, I'm like just kidding no problemo I'll just get back to bowling my 300 😂🤣 not even close 102, 135, 165 not sure if I was starting getting my groove back or the beers were finally kicking in lol

Looks clean and does its job.
I've read reviews that the shoe did not slide or that it had problems with stopping. However, that's not true! Perfect amount of sliding and friction. It works one hundred times better than those bowling alley shoes and doesn't look anywhere close to clown shoes. Matches with basically any outfit. I received compliments on the first day I wore them. Very comfortable too and true to size. I wear 10.5 athletic sneakers and I ordered 10.5.

They don't scream "bowling shoes" and have the added benefit of breathing better than other materials
I didn't want the traditional leather or faux leather shoes. These canvas top shoes breath nicely and don't scream "bowling shoes". The canvas material appears very durable and should last me many years. Dexter has a great reputation for making quality products; these shoes are a good example of that. Great price too....better than paying about $4 each time to rent shoes that don't fit well and that have seen hundreds of feet before me.. Don't know if they'll improve my score, I'll let you know lol

Women's Bowling Shoes and I loved the look and style
Please be aware that these are men's shoes! They are listed under the Category: Women's Bowling Shoes and I loved the look and style. I ordered them in my normal size and when I tried them on, they were huge. Looked at the box and it said Men's. Cannot even exchange them because the lowest size they go is a 7 in men's sizing. Really disappointed.

Good!
After years of recreational bowling, I broke down and bought my own pair of shoes. It was always hard to find a large size (13-14) at the bowling alleys, so now I have my own. Comfy, although the toe box is a bit stiff. Might need to be broken in. Foot pad slides well, heel is just rubber (no pad). Not a pro shoe, but hard to beat for the price.
