In service for a few days and these are working great
I used these 5.5mm x 2.1mm Female to 5.5mm x 2.5mm Male DC power adapter cables to adapt the protected male output from a Belkin 12V UPS to the 12V DC female input of a small computer with an Intel Atom N450, that I use for my home's network router. They fit both ends perfectly and are working as I need them to.

2.5mm male socket too small.
Useless. The male connector is too tight for a 2.5mm socket. Could not use and had to return it.

Does not last long
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was thrilled to find a replacement cord for my solar charger but the cord didn’t last long. After using it for maybe 8-9 times the rubber protector started to break. I stopped using it after sparks flew plugging in my lithium battery.
