Worth it with certain purchases!
I bought this protection plan to go with a printer I had purchased, which happened to be the wrong printer for what I needed so I had to return it but they immediately refunded the protection plan when I asked which was cool!! From past experience I found it can be a lil hard to deal with them but for the most part they come through! You just have to jump through there hoops..

Worth It!
I was very pleased with the Asurion protection I placed on my keyboard. Thirteen months past my purchase I experienced a mechanical failure. Asurion, of course, requested a brief description of the failure and sent to me a label to return the item. I was then issued a credit via an Amazon gift card. The whole transaction took no more than two days!
