I'm taking it it take care of my joints, pills ok size, sounds like it will be effective. I guess it takes 2-3 weeks to start showing results.

this product is really great, i had surgery years ago on my shouder, and only coud lift my arms half way up, but now i can raise my arms all the way up ,wish i found it earlier.
