Arrived with dirty scratches like stretch marks all over it. Colour is not what was pictured in the ad. Most importantly though, it's not round, it's slightly oval. Meaning that you have to fight it wanting to tip over to one side, which is terrible for back pain sufferers. Returned in hopes of finding a better one.

Purchased as a birth ball, great and easy to use. Comes with online instructions on what exercises to do so can’t wait to do these post-birth!

Used the ball a few times now and it feels really good quality, no different to the one we use at the gym. It got a really tacky surface and grips well so giving you the confidence to push that bit harder. More than happy with the product.. only gripe is the pump, it's not very good so be prepared to have some patience!

I ordered this Swiss ball on the advice of my physiotherapist as I am still recovering from spinal surgery. it's an excellent piece of equipment from a very good company and I've ordered balance cushions from body mate as well. This was very simple to inflate but you must leave it at room temperature for 3 hours prior to inflating. When you first inflate it you must do it to approximately 80% of its total capacity and then leave it for 24-hours and then finally inflate to it's full capacity. Also by email I received an exercise booklet with approximately 44 different exercises that you can do using this ball. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this and I also love the fact that they come in a range of colours, I ordered the silver.

Seems like a decently robust exercise ball. When you're inflating it, it feels like there's no way it'll get to the correct size. We were convinced we'd been sent the wrong size option, but persevered with inflating (despite fears of over-inflating!) and it did end up large enough. The inflated ball is supportive and feels strong. The only quibble is to pump which is incredibly feeble and flimsy. It survived this first inflating, but by the end was starting to buckle and deform; I think we'll need a new pump before inflating it again.

Initially bought this for exercising, ended up using it as a footrest. It took up a lot of space (small room) so we deflated it and lost the pin. Now I'm pregnant and want to use it to help with birthing. 2 years after buying the product, the company have been so supportive in helping me obtain a replacement pin. Customer service at its best! I would highly recommend buying from them. The ball is also of great quality and very easy to inflate and deflate.

Good quality ball however smaller than would have liked. A bit of a pain to inflate with the pump provided but got their in the end. Feels pretty sturdy once inflated and was sturdy enough when using as a birthing ball. Just wish it was slightly bigger.

I ordered the 65cm ball but when it arrived I could only inflate to 55cm so I think the wrong size had been sent. I informed the company and they dealt with it very efficiently. Very pleased with the company. However the ball is very sturdy and my PT says that it is a good size for me. It was very easy to inflate - it did take some time. Pump worked well. Would definitely recommend this ball. Good value for money.
