does it come with the mattress?

No, the mattress is separate or just use the crib mattress is you still have it.

How do i put this bed together? I have the pieces but no instructions.

The entire instruction book is inside the box that the bed is in!🙂

Is there a way to purchase just the stickers?

Probably better off buying stickers separately that matches theme.
