Bought L-Caritine and started living healthier 2-months ago to help burn fat. I'm just starting to notice a difference (which is expected) and I'm likening the results.-- I chose L-Cartitine because I don't like weight loss/workout supplements which are stimulants that boost your blood pressure. L-Caritine is actually good for you and works well.-- I chose BRI Nutrition because their price was low and their reviews were high and numerous.-- I will continue buying from BRI Nutrition because, in addition to my reasons above, they are also a great company. An extremely friendly/professional member of the BRI team, Mylene, emailed me a few weeks ago to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the product and if not, how she could change that. When I told her I liked the product she sent me a complimentary bottle for free! Absolutely zero obligations/requests and it's in the mail! This is vastly different than most weight loss companies I see that try and make you pay dearly for every oz. of fat you hope to lose, whether their product works or not.Conclusion, it took a little while to start seeing a difference (like any natural method) but now it works and I do see one. I'm always buying from BRI because of the price and quality of customer service they provide.p.s. just an added plus: the capsules are small and smell/taste good which is pleasantly surprising (just took my two daily capsules right now).

In my opinion this is a better quality supplement than I have experienced in the past. It is the same value as a lower dosage, lower quantity bottle. So, no-brainer there. It has helped me greatly in maintaining my weight and controlling appetite (THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS PILL! I simply purchased this to help ASSIST with targeting a specific problem unique to me.) And I noticed an immediate difference vs. the brands I've tried before. I started off at half the dosage and worked my way up over a week or so. So that is a testament to it's effectiveness right off hand. The shipping was fast and professional. Every order comes with a coupon for a percentage off your next order which is nice. Product came undamaged and this particular company is one of the few on Amazon that you can call or e-mail and actually speak to another human being. I will certainly be purchasing other items from this brand.

I have been taking BRI Nutritions capsule form of L-Carnitine in the morning since July 2016. It's a hit in our house, and it gives energy but does not seem to make us hungrier. We are slowly easing our way into intermittent fasting, we're now up to fasting for 14 hours with a 10 hour feeding period. Hopefully by the end of October we will be up to 16/8 with an eventual goal of 20/4. I have noticed weight loss but I am taking this product with other supplements at the moment (CLA, Joint pills, prenatel multivitamin, fish oil) so I cannot attribute it all to the L-Carnitine. I do know that since I started taking it daily in the morning with my bulletproof coffee I have experienced less hunger throughout the day, more clear headedness, and better gym recovery. I have previously purchased GNC brand which I was not happy with, and powdered l-carnitine which didn't really seem to help me. This product is worth the price.

This product works pretty well if you know how to use L-Carnitine. The truth is L-Carnitine is a product that helps facilitate face loss...it's not a miracle drug. If you want the product to work you still need to diet appropriately and commit to some type of exercise. I probably should take it all the time, but I only take it when I am trying to cut body fat. I am about 200 lbs, 6'0 with a body fat percentage of 9.6%. I definitely do notice a difference when I am using L-Carnitine, but with that being said, understand it only adds to my regiment/healthy diet. You are not going to eat fast food 5 days a week and take this pill and lose weight. However, it can give you the needed boost to be on your way. Customer service with BRI is amazing, I would definitely recommend this product and company to a friend

I was told this might help with insomnia and that is why I purchased it. They help a little which is the reason for the 3 stars. I purchased BRI because I believe they have a great reputation. The capsules are rather large but this has never been a problem for me. However, I can barely get past the horrible stench to take the capsules. (Even my cat runs away when I open the lid!) I have to hold my breath and swallow them before I breathe. Honestly, I've taken some smelly pills in my lifetime, but this is just takes the cake. I will throw away what is left of them as soon as I get a replacement.

It works within a day. I know that because L-Carnitine is great for male performance for many men, although that's not on this label.L-Carnitine from other decent sources works for me the same, but this is the best price. I also know L-Carnitine from other sources helps me burn fat when I take about 4g a day (eight 500mg capsules, one or two ~20 minutes before each meal / large snack), so I look forward to more fat loss as well. Again as with other legit brands, with BRI Nutrition's I notice a warmth in the face and hands after about 15-30 minutes of taking it. I assume this is either a cardiovascular benefit and/or fat burning.I appreciated their email calling out most supplement companies for their high mark-ups. They say they're a small business trying to make an honest living. Seems honest enough for me - their product works.
