Woeber's 5 Percent White Distilled Vinegar 1 Gallon

I had to do a low histamine anti-candida diet, & so, for the most part, vinegar is a big no-no. However, I read that distilled vinegar is acceptable because it's low histamine, whereas regular vinegar is a histamine inhibitor. This isn't as strong tasting as regular vinegar, so my husband pointed out, but it still tastes very "vinegar-y". It smells like regular white vinegar (except not as pungent), and it didn't bother me to use it (didn't get hives or itchiness). It's a bit pricy, but it was worth it to have something I could use in recipes. It can also be used for cleaning, although I'd opt for something stronger like actual cleaning vinegar. The bottle is sturdy & no leakage. I would definitely recommend.

I love this vinegar. It always arrives clean and fresh. Smells good!!It's wonderful for a variety of uses! I primarily use it for cleaning and it's the best one I have tried.
