These worked well on our safari...except when animals were pretty far away and then I borrowed another traveler's stronger pair. I got one for myself and one for my adult granddaughter. On the way home, my bug spray released in my suitcase all over the binoculars and literally melted the eyepiece...so I was glad I had gone for inexpensive ones.

These were great! So compact and easy to tote around. We purchased these for our Alaska trip and they were perfect - we could see clearly and they aren't too heavy.

The features and size are great for hobby use or viewing sports. Handy carry case and thin neckstrap included. Wish the strap had a bit of padding at the back but it's not a dealbreaker. Diopter is easy to adjust. Focus wheel turns smoothly. Good value. Very portable size. Toss into a backpack.

At this price point, I was expecting the quality of the optics to be on the lower end and just passible for average use. To my surprise, I found the sharpness and clarity of the glass quite good. I have not noticed any distortion in the view and the 10x power is perfect for most field work. Easy to adjust the diopter and center focus controls and extremely lightweight. I ordered these binoculars for birdwatching and they are great! Lightweight and easy to adjust clarity. I wear glasses and I can use them while wearing which is a pro. The case keeps them in good condition while Im not using and the straps are holding up great after daily use over last 2 months. The only negative Id say is the power is lower than others but for the price, you wont find anything better.

These are pretty cheap, and had OK reviews, so we got them. Definitely got what we paid for. They're small and lightweight, which is good for having them around your neck for a long period, but the magnification isn't particularly strong or crisp, and their small size made it hard for both myself and my wife to get a good view in them. We still use them - they sit by our back window for when we get new bird visitors - but we've gotten more expensive and higher quality replacements.
