Severe clog - this stuff solved it quick
Have a Canon MG6320 and we just don't print often enough. So it happens quite often that the print head dries up and I have to clean it. Most of the times, the print head will free up after running the internal cleaning process a few times. This time, however, was much worse. I tried using some household stuff and even took out the entire print head - only to see that there is no way to remove a clog that's inside the head. Replacing the head is expensive and china parts will take a month to get here. So I gave this stuff a chance and it worked super quick. It cleared the clog with first procedure. Just notice that the print head stores a bit of ink in it so it takes a few prints to fill up the ports with ink before you can actually print again. It will throw out some blank pages but after a little while everything is back to normal. It's quite a mess, so if you can remove the print head and do this on a plate or so - I would highly recommend doing so

Fairly good product.
Followed the instructions to the letter, first try did little to fix the problem. After several repeats, got the problem fairly well resolved, but still have some spotty pint areas.

Great Cleaning Solution and Great Customer Care!
I bought this professional HP print head cleaning solution to clean my printhead after the black color is clogged. At first I tried all the suggestions from HP customer service, didnโt work. I was facing if replace my HP Officejet 8600 with a new printer, it will take about $100. A little expensive for me, So I would like to find some cheaper solution online, this cleaner only $11.98! I have nothing to lose, then I place the order. According to the guideline of the seller, I took out the cartridges and move the carriage to side, took out the paper towel and blotted and blotted the area below the printhead, inject 1ml printhead cleaning solution into the inklet of black color, wait about 1 hours. Then put everything back in place. Try to print a test page, and found that the black color is more seriously blocked. I was so upset with the cleaner and went to search online for a new replacement printer. At the same time I was searching, I received an email from the seller Printers Jack saying that hadnโt heard from me so they want to offer assistance if I need help and offer to refund purchase if they and their solution didnโt solve my problem. I think I have nothing to lose, so respond my situation for more help(without much hope). However, after their quickly analysis adjust the reason is most probably because the cleaning liquid hasnโt been totally discharged and still stays inside the print head. Under their guidance, I draw 4 ML black refill ink with a syringe and inject it into the ink port of the print head, then install the cartridge and run the driver's "Print head cleaning" function. Then I restart the printer, OMG my HP 8600 is working now as a new printer! After above experiences, I am so pleased with this purchasing. The customer service is so care about their customers, and real people to provide support for your printhead cleaning problems.

Printer Failure Error
I had streaks through some of my colors and read about cleaning print heads. Seemed like a fairly easy process. I first watched a YouTube video and then followed the product instructions carefully. My printer gave me a Printer Failure error that would not go away after going through shutting down and unplug sequence several times. I emailed vendor to trouble shoot but did not hear back. I had recently brought replacement cartridges so I knew there was ink even through my computer had levels all low. After 3 days of searching and troubleshooting suggestions on-line, I gave up. I am buying a new printer. Not worth investing in the pricey cartridges which is half the cost of the printer itself to get another Printer Failure error.

No instructions for Brother printer.
I selected this kit because the Amazon description included my MFC-J6920DW printer. It arrived the day after I ordered it. The instructions were only for HP and Epson so I had to take a guess at the procedure for my Brother. The instructions were not translated into English very clearly. There is a YouTube video that helps that happened to be featuring a Brother printer. The hose was very difficult to slip onto the black ink nozzle in the printer. Small, strong fingers and good lighting would make it easier. After slowly pumping in the cleaning fluid, I let it sit for over an hour. Be sure to have at least four layers of paper towel under the print head to soak up all the ink and fluid. The test print showed that the cleaning worked, but the printing was gray instead of black due to the dilution of ink by the cleaning fluid. I made up a Word page with lots of large bold letters and kept running the same 12 pages through until it suddenly started to print perfect black copy. I only had to clean the black ink nozzle. If I had to do more, I would replace the paper towel for each because it was quite saturated after one nozzle.

Seemed to work well. Great value.
The product came very well packaged and with different sized nozzles to use on different brands of printers. The flushing went very well. For my HP Inkjet, the hose fit just fine. I followed directions and inject the cleaner slowly. I purchased this on the off chance that my issue was with the ink and not the print head, as the error message told me, but turns out it is actually the print head. So I can't comment on the after use print quality but I am keeping the remaining fluid in case my old unopened inks turn out to be bad and the device needs flushing. Still a win in my opinion.

Cleans minor clogs ok, but not for stubborn/stuck clogs
Will not unclog really dried out or clogged heads, Not strong enough to dissolve/clean these types of clogs. Make sure you clean up any spills, as liquid tends to gel and make a mess if left on a surface for a extended period

Cleared 2 clogged heads
Brother printer MFC J825dw Cleaned a completely clogged cyan head and a partially clogged magenta head. I ended up using about 1/3 of the bottle to do multiple flushes over 2 days. The yellow attachment has a tapered inner opening you gently push and hold against the ink line. Using the yellow attachment, I sucked some ink out of the line; I didn't see any other way of doing it unless I didn't realize there was a better way. Using the smallest attachment (90 degree) I put it into the LC75 ink cartridge to save some ink. Proceeded with the flushing. If I did it again, I would empty some used cartridges and fill them with the cleaner and print just single colors needed to continuously be running the solution over the printer head rather than letting it just sit in the line waiting for it to do it's job. This method is not in the instruction, but I did see a video of someone doing that. That got me thinking, now I can use the syringe set up to pull the remaining ink out of the old cartridge and put it into the new cartridge. I use 3rd party clear ink cartridges so I can make sure I get all the ink out and not overfill the new one.

Easy to use and worked a treat
I used some non original ink in my HP 8600 printer which caused some lines and colour issues that couldnโt be fixed by using the printers printhead cleaning function. I was looking at a new printhead but decided to give this cleaning kit a go as I had nothing to lose but I admit I was a bit sceptical about it working. I removed the printhead and followed the instructions to let the solution soak in the affected tanks for an hour or so then reflushed with the solution. Itโs a messy process so do it over a sink. I loaded up the ink containers and reinstalled the printhead and ran the cleaning program again. To my amazement and relief everything was perfect again with no lines or faded colour. The kit was easy to use and has ample fluid to do this many times over. Fantastic results which saved me $$$
